We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. All orders are continuing to be packed and shipped out within 1 business day, following the date of purchase. During the checkout process the customer gets an indication of the delivery time. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery takes place via the mailman or parcel delivery service of PostNL/DHL
Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the order tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.
Will there be customs and duties?
For orders made from the European Union, there will be no customs and duties.
For international orders - if your package has duties and taxes, your customs or shipping carrier will notify you. Unfortunately these fees are out of our control and we will not be responsible for customs and duties.
If you refuse to pay customs, the package will be returned back to us. Once received the package back, we will deduct the related shipping cost and taxes.
